@thebarefootsprinter: Squats and deadlifts are great for strength training, but they’re not enough. Sports (and life) have a lot more variety. And if your feet are weak or your hips are stiff, your knees are a huge liability. You have to think outside of the box if you want to avoid injury. If you’re in pain, you need to address that first.
