Never glue your baseboard. If you need to remove it for some reason it will destroy your walls.

you could have taken off the labels b4 you applied it

it's only primed. You can glue it but it can really damage the walls in the future if you ever need to replace it. damage for example. best to nail.

If you ever need to remove it, it will take the drywall with it. If you use it for tacking use about a half a dime size drop every few feet.
