@stepheintz: This is something I wish i knew sooner along my fitness journey. I used to crush myself with weights and lifting and THAT was what would make you stronger, tighter, get abs but NO. Your form and time under tension are not only way better for you from an injury standpoint, but your abs will completely shred and you will snatch your waist with the amallest movements.
