So they say to avoid oils on your scalp cause they feed on to it? Then how am I supposed to moisturize my scalp? I’m so confused. Please help. I just started get this on my scalp and my body. I don’t know why all the sudden it’s coming. Does anyone know the cause? I have been really stressed all 2025 so I don’t know if that’s it

I had it all over my head . Now it’s gone ! Step one wash your hair, use surfur 8 deep conditioner rub it on all the spots . And repeat daily BOOM GONE
