Use green tea bags and soak your eye in the warm water also soak your eye in warm salt water

I used earl grey tea leaves and soaked a rag into it. Let it sit on my closed eye for 15 mins Worked like a charm.

You could also do black coffee. Soak a cotton ball and place it over the area.
