Sediakan mangkuk masukkan kesemua bahan diatas dan gaul sebati. 2. Separuh daripada sebiji kulit limau kasturi tu dicincang halus. kemudian masukkan ke dalam mangkuk dan gaul rata. Adjust gula dan garam secukupnya. Sedia untuk dihidang. Preparation time: 10 minutes Serving: 3 pax Recipe Ingredients: 1 onion (sliced) 3-4 Bird’s eye chilies (sliced) 1 fresh lemongrass (sliced) 1 fresh torch ginger flower (sliced) 2 calamansi limes (half a lemon skin finely chopped) 1 cup vegan anchovies Sugar and salt as needed Method: 1. Prepare a bowl, add all the above ingredients, and mix well. 2. Finely chop half of the skin of a calamansi lime. Then put it in a bowl and mix well. Adjust sugar and salt as needed.
