@foodinfivemins: Since you’ve been asking for full recipes…check below👇 This is a sneakpeak at my downloadable eCookbook 🤤 Creamy Chorizo Gnocchi: Servings: 1 BIG ONE Macros per portion Protein: 63g Fat: 37g Carbs: 87g Calories: 927 Ingredients: 250g Gnocchi 30g Chorizo 80g Cooked Chicken Breast 100g Tom Paste 40g Light Mozzarella 1/2 Chicken Stock Cube 1 Cloves Garlic 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes 80ml Cooking Cream Instructions: 1. Chop your chorizo into slices & cooked chicken into small pieces. 2. Throw some olive oil in a frying pan on medium/high heat and add your chorizo, chicken, garlic & chilli flakes. 3. While the chorizo & chicken is frying, cook your gnocchi to packeted instructions (usually a few minutes). 4. Turn the frying pan heat down to medium and then add in your tomato paste, vegetable stock and cooking cream. Give it a quick stir for a minute. 5. Once the tomato paste, vegetable stock & cream is a consistant texture, throw in your cooked gnocchi and a splash of pasta water too. Give it another stir. 6.
