@bitsycakes_: Chocolate Caramel Shortbread RECIPE✨ Okay really there’s no recipe, just going off ✨vibes✨ here 😂 I mixed milk chocolate with some coconut oil to make sure the chocolate sets without needing to be tempered, then used it to cover some shortbread cookies and toffee bits. It sounds simple because IT IS lol but some of the simplest things can make a huge impact on the flavor and texture profiles of your bakes. This stuff was so good, I had to stop myself from snacking on it to save some for the damn cake jars I made them for 😂 Full disclosure, I had to make this twice.. issa long story 😂 and the second time I used more chocolate to cover it so the coating was thicker and baybeeeee..
