@majasrecipes: My fav way to make Brussels sprouts! (Recipe below) Eating greens can taste soooo good😝🌱💚 Benefits of eating Brussel sprouts: - Rich in fiber - High in antioxidants - Help reduce inflammation - High in vitamin C & K Ingredients: - 500g of Brussel sprouts - 3/4 tablespoon of salt - 3/4 tablespoon of chili powder - 3/4 tablespoon of garlic powder - 1 teaspoon black pepper - 4 tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey) - 2 tablespoons of olive oil (grease the pan with oil as well) Instructions: 1. First thing your gonna wanna do is grease a pan with oil (sunflower, olive, wtv you prefer) and place it in your preheated oven of 200 degrees Celsius. 2. Second, wash and dry your Brussels sprouts. (Feel free to peel off any excess leaves that don’t have that desired freshness😅!) 3. Next, cut off the root of the sprout and cut them in halves. 4. Add the oil, spices and maple syrup to your brussel sprouts! Mix it up. 5. Take out your preheated pan, be very cautious of the oil! Place your brussel sprouts face down on the frying oil and pop that pan into the oven! 6. Finally after 18-20 minutes, your gonna take them out and enjoy! 🍽 #food #Recipe #vegan #quickrecipes #quickbite #easy #yum #yummyfood #tasty
