It’s such a valid fear. I lost an entire incubator of turkey embryos except for one bc of a power outage. 😔

Wrap with blankets and you can float sealed bags or bottles of warm water to keep the heat. You can also just pour some tank water back in to aerate

ok so when power goes put use tea light candles in a shallow tin dish place around tank...you'll be amazed at the heat it gives off for the fish

Invest in a battery powered heater and airpump. the good ones can be a but pricy but they are 100% worth it. Lost my whole tank to a power outage/snow
