So even if I know you guys know that I once a week treat myself, this right here is how I eat on a daily basis. This to make sure that I have energy enough to push my workouts and to handle my professional life. Since I am not looking to get shredded to the bone, rather just in a healthy way shed some extra pounds of body fat I am not doing anything extreme. Pretty much what I am doing is decreasing the amount that I eat, which demands me to have discipline and caloric insight, but I am not food-banning!
