@zeetheintrovert: St.Patricks Day Themed Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍀🍪 Recipe: Wet Ingredients * 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled for 2-4 minutes * 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar * 1/3 cup white granulated sugar * 2 large eggs * 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 6-8 drops green food coloring Dry Ingredients * 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour * 1 tsp baking powder * 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp salt Add-ins * Chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate) Bake Time: 10-12 minutes Bake Temperature: 350F or 180C 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 3. Melt butter in microwave. Let cool for 2-4 minutes. 4. Add brown sugar and white sugar to a bowl. 5. Once butter is somewhat cooled, add to bowl. 6. Cream the butter and sugars together for about 3 minutes. 7. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix. Add green food coloring and mix. 8. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 9. Add chocolate chips and fold into dough. 10. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 11. Scoop dough onto baking sheet. 12. Add extra chocolate chips on top. 13.
