Paired with the Perinaise Parmesan sweetcorn, it’s the perfect meal to prep this week. Make sure to save for later ☝🏼 •547 kcals per portion •32g PRO, 62g CHO, 18g FAT Serves 2: -100g of uncooked basmati rice -2 cloves of garlic -1 red onion -1 red pepper -1 tsp each of paprika, cumin, oregano and garlic powder -1/2 tsp of tumeric -1 tbsp of tomato paste -200ml of reduced salt chicken stock -50g of green peas -Chopped Parsley for garnish (optional) Chicken marinade: -200g of chicken thighs -1 tsp each of paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oregano -1/2 tsp of tumeric -2 tbsp of Nandos peri peri sauce -Salt/pepper Perinaise Parmesan Corn: -15-20g or hot Perinaise sauce -Lime juice -15g of Parmesan (half for the mic and half for the top) -2 small corns Method: 1. Marinate the chicken thighs in the spices and sauce listed above. Sit for 2 mins before frying on a pan. Cook the thighs on either side for approx.5 mins, then set aside.  2.
