@its.lovely_tricky: the shivering sucks because it’s so deep & long lasting i get neck & jaw cramps from shivers as well as hiccups from the diaphragm shivering…. it hurts, im saying. and then my fingers & toes go white & dead & it just sucks. i have screwed up & pushed it trying to shower before work & ended up blue & clacking in a very frightening manner under a mountain of blankets & heating pads IN AUGUST and still shivering too badly to get dressed let alone go anywhere… i havent been studying it long enough to notice a pattern or something that usually precedes an ‘attack’. i keep checking the thermostat but its at the usual temp 🤷🏼‍♀️all the muscles along my spine are shivering & it SUCKS 😭 #cptsd #autist #ehlersdanlossyndrome #dysautonomia #disabledtiktok #shivering #cold #hypothermia
