An ACL is a sprain. Sprain is the medial term for a torn ligament. There are 3 grades to a sprain and 3rd is rupture

Legit having sharp knee pain under my left patella and I pressed on it to find the pain to place my brace correctly and heard cracking- couldn’t straighten it w/o pain before, pains worse now💀.
