@licetstudios: Powder Avalanche Recorded on the Grand Combin Mountain VALAIS, SWITZERLAND: Tourist captures the footage of a powder avalanche on the Grand Combin Mountain in Valais, Switzerland. According to sources, the avalanche was triggered by a serac which is a ridge of ice on the surface of a glacier. As the avalanche comes rolling down the hill the snow grains grow in magnitude until nearly the whole mountain side is obstructed. Although avalanches are very dangerous, they are also an amazing sight to behold a beauty of mother nature.
