Vital signs, passing trays, feeding patients, bed baths, walking the patients out to smoke. I literally cry every shift we don’t have CNAs.

In VA, we do the vitals, the turns, the baths, the blood sugars & the morning labs.

Yes I went from ICU to PCU this assignment and the NA’s are 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 so amazing!

at the end of my shifts I tell my CNAs, “thank you so much, I wouldn’t have made it through my day without you”. 1) bc I was that CNA & 2) it’s TRUE
