I’ve made them a part of an orchestrated system and it’s changed my whole @Claude setup for me 🙂‍↕️ You've been re-explaining the same task to Claude every time, and that's not an AI problem, that's a workflow that's only ever lived in your head. So this time I broke down exactly how to get it out. ⭐️ pick a task you do on repeat and write down every move the next time you do it, that's your SOP ⭐️ break that SOP apart by role, not by step, so each piece becomes its own skill with one job ⭐️ decide what each piece needs and whether it's the same every time or depends on what it finds, that's what tells you how much to script ⭐️ build the pieces, then build the orchestrator that hands them the goal and runs them in order I already built the two prompts that do steps four and five for you! #claude #aiworkflow #aitools #ai #skills
