Do you have tight traps? Shoulder pain? Neck pain? 🫠 Rubbing and stretching the traps and shoulder muscles often feels pretty good, but often only relieves pain temporary. Ask yourself is it tight to begin with? Some of you might say “stress”, which tells you everything and tells you nothing at the same time. 👇 Instead, you need to understand the law of Reciprocal Inhibition, which states to relax a muscle we must turn the opposing muscle on. The stronger and more endurance that muscle has, the longer it can create a sustained relaxation of the opposing muscle. For example, when you do a bicep curl, your tricep must turn-off or deactivate to allow your elbow to bend. The same is often true with tight upper traps - when you activate your lower traps the upper trap must relax, and the longer you can hold that contraction, and the stronger the lower trap is, and the more endurance the muscle has, then the longer the you’ll feel relaxation in the upper trap.
This exercise is a tiny taste of the scap scoop, which you can learn and train in our Shoulder Program. To perform this exercise, which Dr. Mike personally does 50x a day, pull the shoulder blade down, and then pull the lowest tip of the shoulder blade around to the front of the body with your serratus anterior muscle. This last part is the most difficult by far, and will need to be practiced! Fix Yo S#!t Shoulders - link in bio! 💪 #tighttraps #shoulderpain #strongshoulders #shoulderexercise #neckpain #tightneck #poorposture #posturehacks #Lifestyle #healthyliving #dailytips #Moveu #viral #fyp

🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️The phrase «да нет, наверное» in Russian is a somewhat informal and hesitant expression that combines elements of «yes», «no», and «probably». It's often used when someone is unsure or indecisive about something, or when they want to soften or hedge their answer. Here's a breakdown of the phrase: да (dah) = «yes» нет (net) = «no» наверное (na-VER-nah-ye) = «probably» or «perhaps» When put together, «да нет, наверное» roughly translates to «well, no, probably» or «I guess not, but maybe» in English. When to use it: Indecision or uncertainty: It's used when you're unsure or want to express a mix of yes and no, or when you're trying to hedge a response. Example: Ты придешь на встречу? (Are you coming to the meeting?) Да нет, наверное... (Well, no, probably not...) Softening a negative answer: It can soften the negative response when you don't want to sound too direct or blunt. Example: Ты хочешь что-то поесть? (Do you want to eat something?) Да нет, наверное, я не голоден. (Well, no, probably I'm not hungry.) Doubt or reluctance: You might use this phrase when you're not completely sure about a situation or decision. Example: Ты уже все сделал? (Did you finish everything?) Да нет, наверное, еще нет. (Well, no, probably not yet.) So it's a colloquial way to express hesitation or indecision in a conversation. #russianlanguage #russian #russiangrammar #russianwords #learnrussian #russianmentor #russianteacher #russiantutor #russianclasses #russianforbegginers #studyrussian #speakrussian #russia #russianforbegginers
