@cameronbecht: Today was one of those days I decided to listen to my body and not push something that was hurting. Identifying soreness and pain is something I feel a lot of people can confuse and my right pec gave me some issues last week, and I can tell it was a direct result of a wider bench and dips. I don’t think those movements are bad by any means but it’s something I’ll need to do at a much lower volume #checkyourselfbeforeyouwreckyourself here’s some log press I did instead tho 😂
