Been taking 1-2 capsules a day for almost 2 yrs now (for Stress not* sleep help) the Wild & Vivid dreams were too much. I started taking it every morning instead and that works much betterfor me now.

girl yes!!! i get the worsttt dreams when i take it, but it is a very restful sleep so im stuck on whether or not i should continue

Yes! 😖 Evil doctor was drilling into the back of my head I felt the vibrations!! No no no I’m just not taking it anymore. Some say taking it in middle of day helps but I’m so terrified to even try it again.
