I had to EP after my daughter got bottles in the NICU and refused to latch. Those comments would have gutted me if I'd seen them then. 😔

I will say when I was latching my daughter it made me sleepier than anything else. Not sure why, but omg I would force myself awake

I EBF. pumping deteriorated my mental health. I applaud EPers. You have so much more work cleaning bottles, parts, pumping, etc. 👏🏻👏🏻

I think part of the reason my son sleeps so well is because I can control how much he’s getting in each bottle vs him just falling asleep on the boob

In terms of difficulty I’m convinced nursing is (long term) easiest, formula is second, and EP parents have it the hardest. I bow down to them.

Sleep more my ass. I slept great when I exclusively pumped. When I nursed I was like a prisoner in my own home. No rest, no sleep, no time away. Awful
