@gnevill1: I guess I never have really heard many people talking about post show weight and i just want to say as much as i would love to look how i looked on stage year round for me thats juat not possible, putting on 15-20 lbs post show was so hard but as i look back ive put on so much muscle mass and i have to look more at the positive side of it.
