@axotechs: There can be many reasons that someone might want to hard reset their iPhone. The most common reason is a software glitch. If your phone is frozen, black screen, or won't turn on then a hard reset can fix that. Another tip is to put it to charge when doing it, it helps. Lastly, reset your phone at least once a week (just turning it off then back on), this prevents software glitches in the future!
