MUSHROOM SOUP 🍲🍄‍🟫 (from fresh Polish mushrooms)  Mushroom spice can be purchased in my shop @kubfood_shop  Ingredients for 5 liters - Fresh Polish mushrooms - 700-800 g - Spice Mushroom @kubfood_shop - Potatoes – 6-8 pcs. (medium sized) - Carrot - 2 pcs. - Onion - 2 pcs. - Garlic - 4-5 cloves (optional) - Butter or oil - for frying - Boiled cottage cheese 2 pcs - Flour - Sour cream  - Bay leaf - 3-4 pcs. - Black pepper with peas - 8-10 pcs. - Salt - to taste - Sour cream - for serving - Fresh greens (parsley, dill) - for serving Preparation: 1. Preparation of mushrooms:  - Clean the mushrooms from dirt, wash and cut them into large pieces.  - Boil the mushrooms in salted water for 10-15 minutes, then drain the water. 2. Frying mushrooms:  - In a heated pan, melt butter or add oil.  - Fry the mushrooms for 7-10 minutes until golden.  - Add mushroom spice for more flavor 🍄‍🟫👌🏻 3. Preparation of broth:  - Pour 5 liters of water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.  - Add chopped potatoes, bay leaves and peppercorns. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. 4. Preparation of vegetable dressing  - Grate the carrot on a small grater or cut it into rings, and chop the onion.  - Fry the carrots and onions in a pan with a little oil or butter until golden.  - Fry a little flour, add a little mushroom broth, mix well and combine with vegetables.   - Add sour cream, cottage cheese, a little broth and mix well.    5. Combination of ingredients:  - Add the fried mushrooms and vegetables to the pot with the potatoes.  - Cook the soup for another 15 minutes on low heat.  - Add vegetable-cream dressing  6. Adding spices:  - Add salt and chopped garlic (optional).  - Cook for another 5-7 minutes. 7. Submission:  - Serve the soup hot, adding fresh herbs before serving.   - Can be served with black bread or croutons for a richer taste.
