Similar situation. (Not threatened to be killed). The parent didn’t request a new teacher tho… I wanted to a kid moved. Was told no.. so I resigned.

The AC at my school was broken for a weeks, nothing was done. I told the kids to get their parents to call the principal & it was fixed in days
