@middleeasteye: Syrian TV anchor Ahmed al-Rihawi from the Syrian opposition channel Orient News TV was arrested by Turkish authorities on Tuesday evening along with channel director Alaa Farhat, after a Turkish analyst was expelled during a broadcast following a heated argument on the alleged abuse of Syrians by Turkish gendarmerie at the border. Orient News said in a statement that Oktay Yilmaz “directed racist expressions” at al-Rihawi and Syrians and used disparaging phrases.
