@kookmutsjes: Today’s kitchen: Chocolate Cake with Creamy Filling | The taste of chocolate is always a delightful and indulgent experience that can bring pleasure and satisfaction to many chocolate lovers.❤️ CAKE BATTER ▫️35 gr cocoa powder ▫️135 gr flour (all-purpose) ▫️5 gr baking powder ▫️2 eggs (m) ▫️250 gr dark brown sugar ▫️16 gr vanilla sugar ▫️a pinch of salt ▫️150 ml sunflower oil ▫️150 ml milk FILLING ▫️125 gr mascarpone or cream cheese by choice ▫️25 gr granulated sugar ▫️8 gr whipping cream stabilizer ▫️200 ml heavy cream TOPPING ▫️150 gr dark chocolate ▫️100 ml heavy cream ▫️20 gr unsalted butter In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder together. In another bowl, crack the eggs and add dark brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Whisk until light and fluffy. Add sunflower oil and milk. Mix for 1 minute. Sift the cocoa mixture over the bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour the cake batter into a greased cake tin (don't forget the parchment paper). Place the chocolate cake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Keep an eye on the baking time as each oven may vary. In a mixing bowl, add mascarpone, sugar, and whipping cream stabilizer. Mix for 1 minute. Gradually add the unwhipped whipping cream until it becomes thick and creamy. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and set aside. Cut the chocolate cake in half. Pipe the filling onto one half of the cake and spread it evenly. Place the other half of the cake on top. Heat the unwhipped whipping cream until it is almost boiling. Remove from heat and add the broken pieces of dark chocolate. Let it sit for 1 minute. Mix well. Add the butter and mix again until it becomes smooth. Cover the chocolate cake with the chocolate mixture. Garnish with a chocolate line.
