@ktbrennerhair: Pulling foils why and when? I will process the foils until it’s to desired level. I never put previously lightened hair in foils. When those mid and ends have gotten dull, I will pull foils and use the lightener I used for application to brighten mid/ends. I only leave it on for just a few mins. Also leaving out the bowl of lightener I used will make is very weak and perfect for the job. -I also take the hair that is between the foils and clip it away.
