no bc any time i tell doctors just how i have to use my inhaler they reprimand me but never do anything to figure out why???

when my asthma was really bad i brought it on my xc race. i ended up using it over 20 times in less than 30 minutes, i felt like i was gonna die 😭

I used my inhaler 20+ times a day, I then got an asthma and allergy doctors after waiting 4 years! I got allergy tests and was prescribed (1)

Make sure ur using it correctly first. If not sure use a spacer if u can not coordinate the inhale at the right time. If not working u should do a neb

I have really severe asthma and I used to take mine 20+ times a day and I have to buy a new one every 2nd week because how much I used it but I found a new type of inhaler that I need to breathe in this powder 4 times every night and morning that worked for a bit but it’s now not doing anything to me
