i worked for AE/Aerie and we can’t take anything that’s washed/worn. if we do somehow it ends up in damages not recycling!!

as an AE employee plz don’t do this. it’s an extreme hassle and it does not get recycled (you can get 10$ off for old jeans tho)

Returning these clothes to American eagle for them to recycle is much better than throwing away, turn around and use your store credit to buy more.

Make an AE account. All orders receipts are kept so you can choose to mail back or in store return. always give you store credit when I do this
