I have contact dermatitis on my hands too and it burns so bad!! I have to clean tables and wash dishes at work so my hands are always in the chemicals and my job literally does not gaf

As a chef I get this so bad and it’s so painful especially when I touch a lot of acidic things, try the dermal therapy hand cream, lots of nurses use it too it helps soothe it so much and usually makes my flare ups disappear in a couple days

I wash my hands all the time and they get bad, I recommend trying to steer away from dish soap if possible and try aveeno body wash, I use that!
