@entertaner_: Cheesy miso tteokbokki 🧀 Ingredients 500g rice cakes 150g cheese of chioce ( i had camembert) 200ml veggie stock or water 1 tbsp butter 1-2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp miso paste (use less if you go for a saltier cheese) pepper green onion Rinse the rice cake with clean water and strain it in a sieve. Sauté the chopped garlic in a pan with butter and add the rice cakes. Now add the miso paste and pour the water or vegetable broth over it and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. turn down the heat, add the cheese and stir until it's thickened to a creamy sauce Season it with pepper and top it with green onions. #tteokbokki #cheesyfood #koreanfood #deliciousrecipes
