Ingredients: Head of cauliflower chopped into florets Olive oil Curry powder or turmeric Smoked paprika Herb seasoning (like Italian or herbs de provence) Salt & pepper to taste Fresh greens (arugula or lettuce) toppings: tzatziki sauce, pickled onions, tahini, pita bread & cucumber Optional: red pepper flakes for an extra kick How to: Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large bowl season the cauliflower with all the seasonings to your liking. I was pretty heavy handed with the seasonings and it did not disappoint. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and toss to coat with the seasoning. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes then shake and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Assemble the bowl, eat and enjoy!
