🚨 UPDATE 🚨 It’s now been nearly 15 weeks & my foot is STILL broken😭 Docs said this boot I bought has DEFFO been helping & has come on amazing tho!

Doesn’t need to go in a cast. Non-union is common. It’ll take minimum 3 months to start to settle. Just wear a good supportive trainer.

Yes, I just switched drs. I’m on month 5 of a broken 5th metatarsal, and he put me back in a boot. He also told me to take 5000mg of Vit D/day.

I got this exact boot when I broke my 3rd & 4th metatarsal as they didn’t give me anything. It helped so much and allowed it to heal. Speedy recovery!

i’m a sports rehab, this can make u worse, imovalisong a joint can cause weakness and WILL make it worse long term, u HAVE to have physio after that
