3 days walking to burn 2400 calories? What lol? That is cap cuz 10k steps is around 500 which takes like 1hr a bit + your metabolism fires up.

In 3 hours of cycling I burn 1000 calories that makes approx 8-9 hours

Dunno if I agree with the walking. Assume 60kg person, walking at 3mph has a MET of about 3.2, so 2.2 “extra” or 132 kcal/hour. That’s 18 hours.
