You know what I learned from this....where my liver is!!! Bad diet plan was a given, 😆. Liver location is way cooler.

had to do this diet for 15 days and it was awful, my surgery was then canceled I lost like 20 lbs but put it right back on when I could eat again

Was on a 2 wk pre op liquid diet, half way through my 2nd wk my surgery got moved to 2 weeks later so I did almost a 4 wk liquid diet AND 2 wks postop

Actually that diet is post op for 2 weeks after before for 2-4 weeks we’re meant to eat some shakes but also veg and some of us can have meat

I almost had surgery. Most of that wouldn’t be approved to consume! Protein shakes and water and beef broth and some flavors of jello. That’s it.
