I was put on a liquid diet for my gallbladder. I was 225 lbs. I got down to 158 and have kept the weight off by eating healthier. Some people just need help getting the initial weight off so I see no issue.

You know what I learned from this....where my liver is!!! Bad diet plan was a given, 😆. Liver location is way cooler.

Was on a 2 wk pre op liquid diet, half way through my 2nd wk my surgery got moved to 2 weeks later so I did almost a 4 wk liquid diet AND 2 wks postop

had to do this diet for 15 days and it was awful, my surgery was then canceled I lost like 20 lbs but put it right back on when I could eat again
