Great idea- but I like to save the large plastic containers that I purchase the oil in- and pour the used oil back in there -

You can buy a oil strainer and just reuse the oil (depending on what you deep fried obvi)

I do all off that but then put it in the freezer and take it out the morning of trash day.

strain the oil through a cheesecloth or coffee filter. reuse. put used oil back into the container it was bought in

Get some Fry Away on Amazon y’all. It’s a powder that you sprinkle into your grease and it turns it to a solid within minutes
