after five years of suffering with period pain I finally had a doctor that said “that’s not normal”now just waiting on a referral to see a specialist.

i went to my local doctors because of how bad my pains were and they perscripted me mefenamic acid and honestly it has been the best thing if you struggle badly with cramps i recomend going to your local doctor about it they might be able to perscript you something to help

my mum has endometriosis and is on the pill to have her periods stopped, sorry if I'm wrong as I don't know much about endometriosis but can't you go on the pill as well? or wouldn't that help?

Mine used to be this bad I would end up in the hospitals but they said they couldn’t do anything bc it was just a period but now I’m on birthcontrol⬇️
