The Walmarts were actually there when it was still Deutsche Mark. They ended making them all in Real,- which I think is now Kaufland

You forgot to mention that another reason why Walmart failed in Germany is because HQ thought that we had the same working laws that the US had, (1)

Most Germans actually didn’t like Walmart from the beginning. The constant questioning from workers if you need help and that they filled your bags

Walmart had problems to follow the laws in Germany. That was there problem, Walmart thought, the laws didn't count for them. They were 1/2
