Needs glands expressed, don’t do it yourself! A lot of groomers will do for under $15 & well worth - it’s gross. It can get infected if you don’t.

Some dogs do it for worms or needs to be expressed but my husky does constantly for comfort showed 10 vets the issue of the years and they are never concerned 😭
