@culinaryhijabi: Super easy ramadan recipe!🥰 #ramadanrecipes #Ramadan2023 #pastarecipes #cascatellipasta #pastaforyou Recipe: • 3 finely diced garlic cloves. • half of green pepper (diced) • 1 whole onion (diced) • 2 tbs tomato paste • 1/2 cup tamato sauce • 1/2 tbs of bouillon or 1 tsp salt • 1 cup heavy cream • 1/4 cup shaved parmesan Directions: • To hot oil you will add minced garlic, onion and sweet peppers in the pan and let that sauté until cooked thoroughly. • Then you will add your ground beef to the pan and cook until all red meat disappears. • Following along with your chicken bouillon or whatever spices you would like. • Next you will add your tomato paste, tomato sauce and let it simmer on low heat until the tomato paste cooks through. • You will now add the heavy cream let that simmer for 1-2mins then incorporate the Cascatelli Pasta into the pan and mix thoroughly. • Add a small handful of shaved parmesan cheese • put the pan back on the heat to melt the shaved parmesan so it can develop the cheese pull in the pasta!🥰 Garnish with cilantro and more cheese 🫶🏾
