@tiktoktecia: This is a moment that I wouldn’t normally share, it may seem so small and insignificant (to most) but for me one of my goals for the longest has been to be able to do push-ups on my toes- gaining overall body strength. I started with absolutely no upper body strength, I could barely even do a push up on my knees and today I got my first one. It may not be perfect and is going to take a lot more time and effort to master but this is just the beginning and win I will happily claim. My goals have been so important to me hence why my cry baby moment 😭 for me it shows that it’s possible to achieve anything you put ur mind to in life. It doesn’t matter what it is as long as it’s Important you, you’re passionate about it, you make it a priority, believe in your self always and DO NOT GIVE UP 🤍#fyp #foryou #fitnessjourney
