Hey family, Get Ready with Me to Start My Day.❤️ Something different I know, I often get asked about my day-to-day routine, and while it varies, this is a typical morning for me. Inthe summer this starts from between 5-6 on more cloudy days 7-8 start. Here’s a breakdown: For years, people have asked why I cut caffeine and other foods like processed sugar, fizzy drinks, and concentrated juices from my diet, as well as harmful chemicals in my skincare and deodorant. These changes stem from my struggles with fertility and chronic health battles. While these choices have been beneficial, they also took a mental toll. This year, I decided to reintroduce coffee as a treat, choosing an organic coffee with added collagen protein, vitamins, minerals, and adaptogenic mushrooms. (It helps having them all in one as you all know I take these daily) Breakfast is tricky for me; some days, I feel too nauseous to eat much. I stick to simple options like dry toast, avocado, or chia pudding, depending on how I feel. Quiet times are essential for me. They are my fuel, my strength, and my hope, setting the tone for my day and keeping me going. Movement is a must. If I don't move, my body feels heavy and lethargic. Light movements and walking boost my circulation and energy. While stretching is challenging, it’s still a vital part of my routine and I always feel better for it afterwards, even if it feels torturous at the time lol.  Focus mode is crucial for my productivity. I ensure my notes and plans are ready for my daily live, helping me stay organised and well prepared. So guys, that's a glimpse into my mornings.
