Ingredients: 10-12 mini orange sweet peppers 1 bunch of dill fronds (for carrot leaves) 4 oz cream cheese 3 tablespoons sour cream 1 chopped scallion 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley Pinch of salt Directions: 1. Slice peppers lengthwise, and how they naturally lay on a board. (Remove seeds + stems) 2. Add filling ingredients to bowl, and blend until smooth. 3. Spoon mixture into peppers. 4.
