@nicolaljohnston: Woke up this morning feeling like I could cry. My face has had a huge reaction to something (what that is, I have no idea!) but I haven’t had a flare like this in well over 18 months. It’s not easy sharing this, but I know how important it is. But as much as my face stings, I’m refusing to let it get me down. I need to remember it’s my skin telling me something is off & rather than be mad at it, I need to give it plenty of tlc today!
