I don’t take it. However, I always got clumsy during my period. I’ve always heard it’s due to hormones.

Patches peak and fall. Could be related to the drop in estrogen the you have to build up again.

I haven’t paid as much attention to it, but will. I definitely get hot flashes & feel different on the day i change it.
