Ingredients : • 1 can crescent dough • 2 tbsp. vegan butter, melted • 1 tbsp. sugar • 3 tbsp. brown sugar • cinnamon Icing : • 1/2 c. powdered sugar • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract • ~ 1/2 - 1 tbsp. plant milk Instructions : 1.) Unroll the crescent dough and pinch together all the seams. Roll out into a sheet. Rub the melted vegan butter on the dough. Sprinkle the sugar and brown sugar all over. Add a generous amount of cinnamon. Rub the mixture to combine. 2.) Roll the dough into a log. Slice 8 rolls using a sharp knife. Place on a baking sheet. Brush a little of the melted butter on top of each roll. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. 3.) To a small bowl add all the icing ingredients. Mix to combine. Add more plant milk if needed. 4.) Serve rolls with icing.
