@ketorecipes: LOWCARB Cheesy Cajun Chicken Sausages with Arnold Bread Keto Buns These were SO good and so delicious. I used the Arnold Bread Keto Buns - these were like eating real buns except only 6 net carbs! Depending on where you live they could also be under the OROWEAT BREAD and BROWNBERRY BREAD - I found and ordered mine through @instacart To make these, just cut some red onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and toss in a cast iron pan. Drizzle with avocado oil and season with salt, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Add sausages of your choice ( I used Cajun chicken sausages) then put in the oven for 22 minutes at 400F. Remove, grate some cheese over it, and pop back in the oven for 5-7 mins.
