@cultureburns: What I eat in a day. Im always hesitant to do these even tho they are highly requested. Im not rigerous about my meals i just follow a general nutritional guideline of: protein in every meal, a combo of protein/fats/carbs, 2 selections of fruit & veg a day (at least) & minimal sugar. Sometimes ill eat hardly whats required, sometimes im far more hungry (expecially after a hard training day) sometimes i repeat the same meals for weeks on end, sometimes i feel creative & chef it up.
